On the heels of a thrilling 6-5 walk-off victory last night to extend its winning streak to seven, the Coyotes wanted to make extending the streak a little easier tonight.

Freshman Isaiah Blaylock took the ball looking to extend his consecutive scoreless inning streak and put together a third straight quality start. Blaylock pitched three innings of one hit baseball to run his scoreless innings streak to 12 and earn his second victory of 2017. CSN's offense was dialed in from the jump, scoring at least one run in five of the teams six offensive innings.

Kaid Urban led the offensive onslaught with four RBI's, but received plenty of help from his teammates as each Coyote position player reached base at least once tonight. Michael Camburn produced three RBI's with one swing of the bat in the bottom of the sixth to put the final touches on the Coyotes eighth straight victory.

CSN defeated the University of Alberta 14-4 on Friday night, improving its overall record to 12-7 heading into the teams final non-conference game tomorrow afternoon.
