HENDERSON, Nev. (May 14, 2022) – The Spring 2022 season came to an unsatisfying end on Friday for the College of Southern Nevada Baseball team.
 
Playing in the elimination bracket at the Region 18 championships at Salt Lake Community College, the Coyotes earned a run-rule win over Colorado Northwestern to open the day, 14-6. Playing in an elimination nightcap, Southern Nevada dropped a 7-2 game to Southern Idaho to end the 2022 season.
 
Highlights on the day for Southern Nevada included Bradley Stone hitting two home runs in a single inning during the CNCC win. The CSN offense also posted six hits in the CSI loss.
 
Southern Nevada's season ends with an overall mark of 36-22, with the Coyotes placing second in the Scenic West Athletic Conference regular season with a record of 27-13.
