HENDERSON, Nev. (September 15, 2022) – The College of Southern Nevada Women's Soccer team picked up a league win Thursday.
 
CSN downed a regional rival in Scenic West Athletic Conference action, earning a 4-1 win over Community Christian College at the Cheyenne Soccer Complex. Southern Nevada is now 2-7-1 overall and 2-2-1 in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
 
Sierra Kashin netted CSN's first goal in the 12^th minute, while Sheyanne Pascasio scored in the 45^th minute to give CSN a 2-0 lead at halftime. The Lady Coyotes came out strong in the second half, scoring in the 52^ndminute on a Kashin goal. Kashin scored again in the 81^st minute.
 
Kashin took 13 shots in the match, posting 7 shots-on-goal. Quincy Gibson made a save in the CSN win. 
 
The Lady Coyotes will return to play on Thursday, playing at Salt Lake Community College on Thursday.
