At the 15:10 mark, the College of Southern Nevada took the lead with a goal by Riley Cardenas, assisted by Jenna Garcia. However, Colorado Northwestern Community College responded swiftly, with Candence Young netting an equalizer at the 28:52 mark. The first half ended with the score tied at 1-1.

The second half of the game belonged to the College of Southern Nevada. They demonstrated remarkable offensive prowess, scoring three goals. Melinda Bravo-Avendano found the back of the net at the 67:28 mark, extending their lead.
