Tepraseuth Drives in Seven as Lady Coyotes Sweep Mesa

MESA, Ariz. — Feb. 13, 2026 — The College of Southern Nevada completed a doubleheader sweep of Mesa Community College with a 13–3 victory in game two on Friday afternoon.

After earning a 7–2 win earlier in the day, the Lady Coyotes used a 16-hit performance in the nightcap to secure the sweep.

Chloe Tepraseuth led the offensive surge, going 4-for-5 with two home runs and seven RBIs. She put CSN on the board in the first inning with a two-run home run to left field, scoring Jimena Barraza-Caro and giving the Lady Coyotes a 2–1 lead.

CSN extended its advantage in the second inning when an error allowed one run to score before Tepraseuth delivered a two-run single to push the margin to 5–1.

Mesa cut into the lead with single runs in the first, third and fifth innings, but the Coyotes continued to respond. Tepraseuth struck again in the fourth inning with a two-run home run to right field. CSN added one run in the fifth and another in the sixth before breaking the game open with four runs in the seventh.

Miken Jacobsen added a strong performance at the plate, collecting two hits, including a triple and a double, and driving in three runs. Ellie Leatham finished with three hits, while Jaydah Chun and Barraza-Caro each recorded two hits. The Lady Coyotes stole three bases in the game.

In the circle, Brooklynn Richardson earned the complete-game victory, allowing seven hits and three earned runs over seven innings while striking out five.

The win improved the Lady Coyotes to 8–3 on the season and completed the doubleheader sweep of Mesa Community College. CSN will return to action tomorrow with a doubleheader against Scottsdale Community College.
