CSN alumni (2002) Coach Mike Eshragh joined the College of Southern Nevada baseball staff in 2014. He is entering his ninth season at CSN as the infield, hitting and base running coach. As well as recruiting.
In his eight seasons, CSN has led the SWAC Conference in fielding percentage seven of eight years. He has a number of players drafted under his tenure and many more moving on to 4 year universities. Mike has assisted in four SWAC championships, four Region 18 championships, one Western District championship, and a trip to the NJCAA World Series (2017).  
 
Prior to CSN: Mike coached Liberty High School (Las Vegas, NV) from 2007-2014 where he won the 2014 Nevada State Championship and finished the season ranked 15th nationally. He also won the American Legion Nevada State Championships in 2012 and 2013. Eshragh was named American Legion Coach of the Year in 2013 and 2014.
 
Playing Experience: Mike played at Point Loma Nazarene University in 2003-04 where he was the starting 2nd basemen for two years. He hit a career .367 and held school record for triples in a season. In 2004 Pt. Loma took 3rd in the NAIA World Series.
 
Mike played a year at San Diego City College (2001), before coming back home to play at CSN in 2002. He hit .314 for the Coyotes while playing 2B/SS.
 
He was offered a free agent contract by the Philadelphia Phillies (’04).
 
Mike graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2005 with a B.A. in Business Administration.
 
Mike is a local product who graduated from Silverado High School in Las Vegas, NV (2000). Nevada State Champions in baseball (2000) and finished ranked 9thnationally. He was a 1st team All-State baseball and soccer player.
 
Mike was born in Las Vegas, NV on October 20, 1981.  He is married to Maggie Lenahan and has three beautiful girls, Victoria, Elle, and Isabella.  He enjoys vacations and spending time with his family.
