Nick Aiello enters his first season as Head Baseball Coach at the College of Southern Nevada, bringing more than 20 years of coaching experience at the collegiate and high school levels.
Prior to joining the Coyotes, Aiello spent 15 seasons as an assistant coach at the College of Southern Idaho, where he established himself as one of the region's premier player development coaches. During his tenure, he helped develop three NJCAA All-Americans and 10 Major League Baseball Draft selections while mentoring numerous student-athletes who continued their academic and athletic careers at four-year institutions.
Before his time at the College of Southern Idaho, Aiello spent six seasons coaching at Durango High School in Las Vegas, helping build a program founded on discipline, accountability, and player development.
Throughout his coaching career, Aiello has earned a reputation as an outstanding recruiter, instructor, and mentor. His coaching philosophy emphasizes accountability, toughness, selflessness, and attention to detail while creating an environment that develops successful student-athletes both on and off the field.
As he begins his tenure at CSN, Aiello is committed to building a championship-caliber program that prioritizes player development, academic success, and competing at the highest level while representing the College of Southern Nevada with pride and integrity.
Away from the field, Aiello enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife, Jodi, have three children—Averi, Abbi, and Luciano—and are proud grandparents to their granddaughter, Harleigh.
