Ashley Rogers enters her ninth season as head coach of the College of Southern Nevada softball program, bringing an extensive coaching background and a history of building successful programs at the collegiate level.
Under Rogers' leadership, the Lady Coyotes have continued to reach new heights. CSN finished as the regional runner-up in 2025 before making program history in 2026 by capturing the first conference championship in program history.
Prior to joining CSN, Rogers served as head coach at Northern Oklahoma College, leading the Lady Jets to a 32-24 record and a fourth-place finish in the Region 2 Conference. Before her time at NOC, she spent one season at Polk State College in Winter Haven, Florida, competing in Region 8.
Rogers previously spent eight seasons as head coach at Trinity Valley Community College (TVCC) in Athens, Texas, where she started the softball program in 2008. Competing in NJCAA Division I Region XIV, Rogers compiled 260 victories during her tenure. In 2013, she guided TVCC to a then-school-record 33 wins, a Region XIV runner-up finish, and a berth in the NJCAA National Tournament in St. George, Utah. The Lady Cardinals finished the season ranked No. 14 nationally before opening the 2014 season ranked No. 12 and posting another 31-win campaign.
Before taking over at TVCC, Rogers served as head coach at York College in York, Nebraska, where she led the Lady Panthers to a fourth-place conference finish and a runner-up finish in the conference tournament. She began her collegiate coaching career as an assistant at Paris Junior College in Paris, Texas, helping the Lady Dragons make their first Region XIV Tournament appearance and finish third. Rogers later served as interim head coach at College of the Desert in Palm Springs, California, where the Lady Roadrunners finished third in the Foothill Conference.
A native of West Monroe, Louisiana, Rogers was a member of West Monroe High School's 1998 Class 5A state championship team. She began her collegiate playing career at Bossier Parish Community College, graduating with an associate degree in 2003. Rogers continued her playing career at Louisiana Tech University before finishing at Northwestern Oklahoma State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Physical Education with a minor in Psychology in 2005.
Rogers earned a master's degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2006 while beginning her coaching career at Paris Junior College.
