Coach Sones enters her 2nd Year as Assistant Coach, and Strength and Conditioning Coach for CSN Softball. As assistant coach, she works with outfielders, and serves as the hitting coach.
Coach Sones is from Brookhaven, Mississippi born and raised. She left the south after completing her Associate degree at Copiah Lincoln Community College 2009-2011, transferred to BYU-Hawaii to continue playing 2011-2013. Coach Sones received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise & Sports Science.
After finishing working with University of Hawaii Strength and Conditioning Program, Coach Sones moved to Las Vegas where she started working with and performance training College and Professional athletes.
Coach Sones has completed her Master’s in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Administration from Fresno Pacific University in 2016
