Tiffany Subia enters her ninth season as an assistant coach for the College of Southern Nevada softball program, where she works primarily with the Coyotes' pitchers while assisting with player development and team culture.
During her tenure at CSN, Subia has helped the Coyotes continue to build a successful program both on and off the field. In 2025, CSN produced the NJCAA Region 1 Pitcher of the Year and finished as the regional runner-up. The Coyotes followed that performance with a historic 2026 season, capturing the first conference championship in program history.
Subia began her coaching career at Trinity Valley Community College, where she worked alongside current CSN head coach Ashley Rogers before eventually joining Rogers' staff at Southern Nevada.
A former collegiate pitcher, Subia began her playing career at Texarkana College in 2007, spending two seasons with the program before continuing her career at Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) in San Antonio, Texas. She was a member of OLLU's inaugural softball team in 2009 and developed into one of the most accomplished pitchers in program history.
During her two seasons at OLLU, Subia earned All-Conference honors, multiple Pitcher of the Week awards, and recognition as a Scholar-Athlete. She finished her career with a 23-14 record, 2.68 ERA and 155 strikeouts while also batting .308. Subia remains among the program's career leaders in wins, innings pitched, strikeouts and shutouts. In recognition of her accomplishments, she was inducted into the OLLU Athletics Hall of Fame as a member of the Class of 2023.
Subia earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Our Lady of the Lake University and later earned a Master of Business Administration in 2020.
Away from softball, Subia enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters.
