Ashley Roberts enters her third season as Assistant Coach for the College of Southern Nevada men's and women's cross country programs. A former Coyote student-athlete, Roberts brings firsthand experience, passion, and a deep connection to the program as she helps mentor the next generation of CSN runners.
A graduate of Centennial High School in Las Vegas, Roberts began her running career in middle school before continuing her academic and athletic career at the College of Southern Nevada. During her time as a Coyote, she developed a strong appreciation for the values of hard work, perseverance, and teamwork—principles that continue to shape her coaching philosophy.
As Assistant Coach, Roberts plays an integral role in the continued success of the Coyotes' nationally competitive cross country program. She works closely with student-athletes in all aspects of training, competition, recruiting, and program development while helping foster a positive, supportive, and accountable team culture. Since joining the coaching staff, both the men's and women's teams have continued their streak of national Top 25 rankings and qualified for the NJCAA Cross Country National Championships each season, while contributing to multiple All-Region honors and school records.
Roberts earned her Associate of Arts degree from the College of Southern Nevada and remains committed to giving back to the program that helped shape her as both a student-athlete and a leader. Passionate about developing the whole student-athlete, she is dedicated to helping each runner achieve success both on the course and in the classroom.
