College of Southern Nevada Coyotes

Betsy Anderson serves as the Academic Advisor for Athletics and Director of Compliance for the College of Southern Nevada Athletic Department, where she supports Coyote student-athletes in achieving their academic goals while helping ensure compliance with applicable collegiate athletics requirements.

Anderson joined CSN in 2022 and brings experience in academic advising and student support from institutions across the country. Prior to arriving at CSN, she worked at Southeast Community College in Nebraska, East Central Community College in Mississippi, and Lone Star College in Texas.

Anderson earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and a Master of Arts in History from James Madison University. She also holds a Master of Science in Academic Advising from Kansas State University.

In her role with CSN Athletics, Anderson is committed to supporting student-athletes from diverse backgrounds and helping them balance their academic and athletic responsibilities while working toward their educational goals.
