Chris Mac enters his seventh year as a member of the College of Southern Nevada Athletics Game Management staff, bringing more than 20 years of coaching and athletics experience to the Coyotes.

A Las Vegas native, Mac has spent much of his career involved in athletics throughout Southern Nevada. Most recently, he served as the boys varsity and junior varsity head basketball coach at Cristo Rey St. Viator High School while also working with CSN Athletics.

Mac's coaching career spans more than two decades within the Clark County School District and AAU programs, with experience in both basketball and volleyball. His coaching stops include Bonanza, Desert Pines, Chaparral, Bishop Gorman, and Cristo Rey St. Viator high schools. During his career, Mac has helped lead teams to back-to-back league championships and a state runner-up finish and has been recognized by his peers as a league Coach of the Year.

Mac was also among the first coaches involved with the Jr. NBA Summer League program in Las Vegas. His involvement with the program led to the opportunity to assist for four summers at the invitation-only camp led by longtime basketball coach Tim Grgurich.

A three-sport athlete in high school, Mac competed in football, basketball, and volleyball. His lifelong involvement in athletics has shaped his commitment to supporting student-athletes and helping create a positive environment for competition.

Mac earned a Bachelor of Science in General Studies from Southern Utah University and a master's degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine.

As a member of CSN's Game Management staff, Mac brings his extensive coaching background and passion for athletics to supporting Coyote student-athletes, coaches, and the overall game-day experience.
