TWIN FALLS, ID (October 9, 2021) – The College of Southern Nevada Volleyball team suffered a road loss in a competitive Scenic West Athletic Conference match Saturday.
CSN dropped a match to the College of Southern Idaho, falling by a 3-1 final score that featured set scores of 25-22, 13-25, 20-25, 22-25. The Lady Coyotes are now 4-12 overall with the loss, with a mark of 1-4 in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
Southern Nevada fared well offensively in the match, finishing with 45 kills.
Kiara Peterson had one of those notable kills, winning the first set on a kill that came via a
Kyla Barker assist. Unfortunately, it was CSN's 19 errors that cost the Lady Coyotes in later sets, along with Southern Idaho hitting .297.
Natasha Obradovic led CSN with 16 kills, while
Janai Tillman finished with 14 kills. Barker had 37 assists in the win.
Southern Nevada will travel to play at USU Eastern Thursday.
