RANGELY, CO. (February 17, 2021) – The 2021 volleyball season opener finally came for the College of Southern Nevada volleyball team Wednesday.
The Lady Coyotes opened the year with a 3-0 loss at Colorado Northwestern Community College, with CSN dropping set scores of 28-30, 16-25, 20-25. Prior to Wednesday's match, CSN hadn't played a match since Fall of 2019.
Olivia Curtis led Southern Nevada with a team-high 13 kills, while
Jazmyne Walker posted 10 kills.
Meredith Bautista finished with 34 assists and Lillie Richmond finished with 12 digs.
Southern Nevada will continue a two-game road trip to open the season Thursday, traveling to play at USU Eastern.
