PRICE, UT. (March 29, 2021) - The College of Southern Nevada women's basketball team lost the opening of a back-to-back set to end Scenic West Athletic Conference regular season play.

The Lady Coyotes dropped an 84-59 decision to USU Eastern, losing the first game of a back-to-back with the Lady Eagles. Southern Nevada is now 0-13 overall and in league play with the loss.

CSN and USU Eastern were competitive early, with the Lady Eagles holding a narrow 21-19 lead after the first quarter. USU Eastern's 40-32 halftime lead ballooned in the third quarter, putting the game out of reach.

Sharmayne Finely led Southern Nevada with 28 points, while
Tyra Perkins posted 12 points. Giuliana Carinegella scored 8 points.

Southern Nevada will close the regular season Tuesday with another matchup with USU Eastern.Â
