HENDERSON, Nev. (October 20, 2022) – A home match against a nationally ranked foe ended in a loss for the College of Southern Nevada Volleyball team Thursday.
CSN dropped a 3-0 decision to No. 6 USU Eastern, falling to 0-2 against the Lady Eagles thanks to set scores of 21-25, 19-25, 21-25. The loss sits Southern Nevada at 5-17 overall and 1-8 in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
Natasha Obradovic finished with 10 kills to lead CSN, while Jacquelyn Robinson had 9 kills.
Kyla Barker had 26 assists in the loss. CSN hit .048 in the match.
Southern Nevada will play a pair of Scenic West matches to close the 2022 season Saturday, both against Colorado Northwestern. The day's first match will open at 10:00 a.m. inside the Coyote Events Center.
The program will also host its 'Sophomore Day' festivities during Saturday's matches against CNCC.
