HENDERSON, Nev.  (October 8, 2022) – A Saturday match proved to be tough medicine for the College of Southern Nevada Women's Soccer team.
 
The Lady Coyotes fell in a 5-1 road loss at Colorado Northwestern, finishing the year at 0-1-1 against the Lady Spartans. CSN is now 1-12-1 overall and 1-6-1 in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
 
Colorado Northwestern jumped out to an early lead, momentum from which CSN never recovered. The Lady Coyotes finally got on the scoreboard in the 73^rd minute, thanks to Sierra Kashin finding the back of the net to cut the deficit to 2-1. However, CNCC then scored three unanswered goals to claim the win.
 
Alexsandra Padilla-Rubalcava finished with 16 saves in the loss. 
 
Southern Nevada will host No. 4 Salt Lake next Wednesday.
