HENDERSON, Nev. (September 15, 2022) – The cooling weather around the Las Vegas Valley has done little to cool down the College of Southern Nevada Men's Soccer team.
 
CSN posted another Scenic West Athletic Conference win on Thursday, besting Community Christian in a 5-0 decision at the Cheyenne Soccer Complex. The Coyotes are now 5-5 overall and 3-1 in the Scenic West Athletic Conference.
 
Southern Nevada set an early tone, scoring in the 2^nd minute on a Kristan Botello goal. Daniel Garciacano posted a goal in the 9^th minute, then added another goal in the 41^st minute. Diego Carrasco scored in the 74^thminute to give CSN a 4-0 lead, with Nuntawat Nithlertvijit posting CSN's final goal in the 85^th minute on a Carrasco assist.
 
CSN held a 34-7 edge in shots, taking 18 shots-on-goal. Garciacano took 7 shots on goal himself. Alex Robles-Valdez made a pair of saves at goal for the Coyotes. 
 
Southern Nevada will play next at No. 2 Salt Lake Community College, traveling for a road match next weekend.
