HENDERSON, Nev. (September 2, 2022) – The College of Southern Nevada Volleyball program won in thrilling fashion in its 2022 home opener Friday.
 
Playing at the Coyote Event Center, CSN won a 3-2 decision over Eastern Arizona College, winning by set scores of 21-25, 17-25, 27-25, 25-17, 15-10. The win moves Southern Nevada to 2-3 overall.
 
After starting slow, the Lady Coyotes earned a critical win in the third set, earning the set point on an ace by Natasha Obradovic. CSN picked up its play from there, holding Eastern Arizona to a hitting percentage of -.095.
 
Obradovic finished with 25 kills to lead Southern Nevada, while Kyla Barker posted 48 assists. Barker also led the Lady Coyotes with 7 digs.
 
Southern Nevada will host Eastern Arizona again on Saturday, playing at 11:00 a.m.
