Box Score 2 HENDERSON, Nev. (January 28, 2023) – The Southern Nevada Men's Basketball team had a dominant road win Saturday.
Playing at Community Christian, the Coyotes rolled to a 119-72 win over the Crusaders. CSN is now 11-12 overall and 5-6 in Scenic West Athletic Conference.
The Coyotes took control early in the game, holding a 59-36 lead at halftime. CSN's defense was stout throughout the game, forcing 35 turnovers that led to 51 points. Southern Nevada shot 60 percent in the game from the field.
Kendrick Gilbert posted 20 points in the win, while
Max Topham had 17 points.
John Jenkins scored 16 points, and
Ray Daniels finished with 14 points.
Southern Nevada will play at Salt Lake Community College on Wednesday, finally returning home on Saturday to face Colorado Northwestern.
