Southern Nevada Softball posted a pair of impressive wins on the way to a series sweep over Colorado Northwestern, posting wins of 24-3 and 13-0 against the Lady Spartans. The victories pushed the Bruins to 21-17 and 13-11 in Scenic West play.
 
In the day's first game, CSN had 27 hits in the victory. Cynthia Alvillar was a perfect 5-of-5 in the win, hitting four home runs and finishing with seven RBI's. Laynee Anzalone posted eight strikeouts in a complete game victory. 
 
Mia Flores pitched a perfect game in the series finale, throwing five innings and posting three strikeouts. Kyanna Galvan went 3-of-3 in the game to lead the Lady Coyotes in the second game, while Southern Nevada had four players with multi-hit games. Caitlin Covington and Flores both had three RBI's each in the win. 
 
The Lady Coyotes will travel to play at Southern Idaho next weekend.
