John Gannon is a volunteer assistant coach with Coyotes Men’s and Women’s Soccer. John has been a Professor of Sociology at CSN for 15 years and has an impressive soccer resume which includes playing at St. Ignatius High School in Cleveland and Division 1 Miami University of Ohio as well as coaching players at all levels from age 3 to professional.
John holds his Level D and E coaching licenses and highlights of his career include serving as a player and coach for the USL Myrtle Beach Sea Dawgs and helping bring home U-12 championships for his Great Lakes all-star team in the Manchester United and Arsenal youth tournaments in England. In addition to teaching and coaching, John is an Irish musician and regular volunteer at the Nevada SPCA.
