Breanna Workman joins the College of Southern Nevada women's basketball program as an assistant coach, bringing more than a decade of experience in collegiate and high school basketball as a player, coach, and administrator.
A University of Arizona graduate and four-year letter winner, Workman returned to her hometown of Las Vegas after building a coaching career that included stops at the NCAA Division I and Division II levels. Most recently, she coached at Centennial High School, where she was part of the program's championship tradition as both a player and coach. Between her playing career from 2009-13 and coaching tenure from 2022-26, Workman was part of three state championship teams.
Prior to Centennial, Workman served as Director of Operations for the women's basketball program at UC Santa Barbara, overseeing team scheduling and travel, recruiting logistics, freshman onboarding, equipment and apparel, and social media.
Workman previously served as an assistant coach at the University of Northern Colorado, where her responsibilities included post player development, video coordination, mental training, and equipment operations. During her time with the Bears, she helped develop Alisha Davis, who earned Big Sky Player of the Year and First Team All-Conference honors after leading the conference in scoring and rebounding.
From 2018-20, Workman served as Director of Operations at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), assisting with scheduling, team travel, recruiting visits, community service, scouting, and budgeting. She began her collegiate coaching career as an assistant coach at Academy of Art University in San Francisco, where she worked in player development and scouting.
In addition to coaching, Workman is the founder and director of Master The Game LV Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides mindset training, personal development, and career-readiness programming for girls in basketball throughout the Las Vegas area and across the country.
Workman brings a combination of playing experience, collegiate coaching, basketball operations, and player development to the Coyotes as she works to support the growth of CSN student-athletes both on and off the court.
