Las Vegas, NV- The College of Southern Nevada softball team has been on a roll for the last three weeks, they have won ten out of twelve of games they've played within last three weeks. They have a 27-12 overall record with an 19-9 conference record. The Lady Coyotes are currently sitting third in the Scenic West Athletic Conference.

However, this weekends matchup against the number one ranked softball team in the nation, Salt Lake City Community College Bruins will be a big test for the College of Southern Nevada Lady Coyotes This will be the second time this season the Lady Coyotes will be squaring off against the Bruins, this time around the Bruins will be the host to the Lady Coyotes.

The last time these two team met each other the Lady Coyotes entered the matchup ranked number 2 in the nation,while the Bruins entered the matchup as the number 4 in the nation.

The Coyotes left the matchup with an upset! The Bruins swept the Coyotes three out of four games as they went on to improve their dominance in the country.This time around the Lady Coyotes are looking for the upset! They will have to be consistent both on offense and defense to achieve their goal.

The Lady Coyotes are definitely capable of pulling an upset, as they have both the pitching and hitting staff to accomplish their goal. ,They have also shown from the beginning of the season that they can beat the top rank teams in the country.

Will the Coyotes leave this matchup ranked this weekend? ,We will have to wait and see.
