Henderson, NV- After coming off a three game win streak against instate rivals Western Nevada College Wildcats softball team this past weekend,  for the second time this season the Lady Coyotes softball team, will square off against Colorado Northwestern Community College Spartans softball in a four game series this weekend. The Lady Coyotes swept the Spartans four games straight in their first SWAC home opener earlier this season.

The Lady Coyotes enter this weekend's matchup as the favorites with a 0verall record of 20-11, and 12-8 in conference, with a 4-4 road record.  On the other hand, the Spartans haven't seen any success so far this season. They have an Overall record of 0-23, with a conference record of 0-20 not to mention 0-8 home record. Things might get ugly real quick for the Spartans.

The first two games will kick off on Friday at 1 and 3 pm, and the last two games will start at 12 noon and 2 pm. Friday's game forecast is set be at 55  with a light wind of 7mph while Saturday's game forecast is 67  with wind up to 14mph.

This time around the Lady Coyotes will be the one who will be making the trip. They will have to travel 672 miles this weekend to reach their destination (Rangely,CO) to play the Spartans at their house. The Coyotes will not only look for to improve their overall record but to also improve their playoff position.
