AJ Jones was the man called upon to set the tone against the Salt Lake Community College Bruins this afternoon.

Only the first batter he faced made it around the bags in his five full innings.

The Coyotes plated two runs in the first, one in the second and two more in the forth. It wasn't until two straight walks to start the 6^th when Todd Danzeisen was brought into the game for CSN. Two outs and three runs later the Bruins were threatening to overtake the Coyotes 5-4 lead.

Not waiting any further, Coach Garitano went to his closer Alec Hutt who induces a ground ball to get the final out in the 6^th and then collects the last three outs in the 7^th and the save.

The Coyotes will take on the Bruins during another double header tomorrow at Morse Stadium on the Henderson Campus.
