Taylorsville, UT (October 24, 2019) – The College of Southern Nevada volleyball program was defeated on the road Thursday.
 
Playing at No. 15 Salt Lake Community College, the Lady Coyotes fell 3-0 to the Bruins (25-22, 25-16, 25-14) to continue a road trip. The loss drops CSN to 4-17 overall and 0-7 in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
 
CSN held a 20-18 lead in the first set before Salt Lake's strong close. The momentum of the first-set victory ended up carrying the Bruins to the win.
 
Riley Froman led Southern Nevada with 8 kills in the match, while Meredith Bautista had a team-high 12 assists. Olivia Curtis finished with 18 digs.
 
Southern Nevada will play at the College of Southern Idaho in a Scenic West match on Saturday. The match is scheduled for a 12:00 p.m. start.
