Southern Nevada Men's Soccer Earns A Draw On The Road vs Snow College

Ephraim, UT (October 5, 2019) – A back-and-forth battle saw the College of Southern Nevada men's soccer team finish in a tie to Snow College in a Scenic West Athletic Conference road match on Saturday.
 
After losing 1-0 the first time the teams played, the Coyotes followed up with a 0-0 tie to the Badgers. The tie places Southern Nevada's overall record at 6-4-3 and 1-2-3 in league matches.
 
In a match that featured a strong defensive effort by the Coyotes, Southern Nevada allowed Snow College just 13 shot attempts. Ivan Rodriguez, who started at the goalkeeper position, made 8 saves for CSN. He also successfully stopped Snow's 3 shot attempts in the overtime period.
 
CSN will travel for two matches next weekend. First, the Coyotes will face nationally-ranked Salt Lake in matchup at Zions Bank Stadium on Thursday, with a match on Saturday against in-state rival Truckee Meadows Community College. Southern Nevada will return home to Heritage Park on Oct. 17 for a match against Colorado Northwestern.
