NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nev. (December 8, 2021) – The College of Southern Nevada Women's Basketball program lost in a Scenic West Athletic Conference game Wednesday.
 
CSN fell in a 63-50 decision to Salt Lake Community College at Democracy Prep, falling behind early and never recovering momentum. The Lady Coyotes are now 6-5 overall and 2-1in Scenic West play.
 
Southern Nevada started slow offensively, going just 4-of-12 from the field in the opening period to fall behind early. CSN never could find a flow offensively, shooting just 39.2 percent from the field for the game. The Lady Coyotes finished with 21 turnovers.
 
CSN was led individually by Sharmayne Finley, who finished with 17 points. Destiny Brown posted 13 points and 8 rebounds in the loss. 
 
Southern Nevada will travel to central Utah for a Scenic West game Saturday, playing at USU Eastern.
