HENDERSON, Nev. (January 22, 2022) – The College of Southern Nevada Men's Basketball team left little doubt in a conference road game.
CSN played aggressively in a 77-67 win over Colorado Northwestern Community College, forcing 10 turnovers in a strong victory. The Coyotes moved to 10-12 overall and 4-6 in Scenic West play with the win.
Southern Nevada wasted no time in taking control in the game, taking a 17-point lead midway through the first half. CSN shot 55.1 percent in the half, going 8-of-17 from the three-point line on the way to a 42-37 lead. CSN never trailed in the road win.
Terrance Marigney scored 18 points to lead CSN, while
Amari James added 17 points.
Kendrick Gilbert also scored 11 points.
The Coyotes will take to the road to start next week, traveling to play at No. 1 Salt Lake Community College on Thursday.
