HENDERSON, Nev. (October 8, 2022) – The College of Southern Nevada Men's Soccer team closed a weekend road trip in winning fashion Saturday.
 
CSN picked up a 6-0 win at Colorado Northwestern, moving to 2-0 against the Spartans this season. The victory boosts the Coyotes to 6-8-1 overall, also giving their Scenic West Athletic Conference record a lift to 4-4-1.
 
Eli Zaragosa opened the scoring in the 19^th minute, with Kristan Botello posting a goal in the 23^rd minute to give Southern Nevada to a 2-0 lead. Diego Carrasco and Allan Bervera posted goals later in the match, then Emmanuel Berrun-Ocam posted a score in the 87^th minute. Saul Chavez-Ramirez posted a goal in the 89^thminute to close out the scoring.
 
CSN held a 22-7 advantage in total shots, then posted a 15-4 advantage in shots-on-goal. Damian Moreno posted 4 saves in the win.  
 
Southern Nevada will host No. 2 Salt Lake Community College next weekend.
