Box Score HENDERSON, Nev. (September 10, 2022) – An in-state rivalry match went the way of the College of Southern Nevada Men's Soccer team Saturday in thrilling fashion.
The Coyotes won a 1-0 match over Truckee Meadows Community College, moving to 1-1 in a current weekend homestand. The Coyotes are now 4-5 overall and 2-1 in Scenic West Athletic Conference matchups.
In a match that was a defensive battle, Southern Nevada earned the win thanks to a late penalty kick by
Kristan Botello. This is the first of two matchups between the institutions this season.
CSN will play at home against Community Christian Thursday.
