CSN Athletics Names Jocelyn Roach Director of Soccer Operations

LAS VEGAS, Nev. — College of Southern Nevada Athletics has announced that Jocelyn Roach will assume the role of Director of Soccer Operations for the Coyotes' men's and women's soccer programs beginning in early spring 2026.

Roach, who currently serves as the CSN women's soccer head coach, will expand her leadership responsibilities to oversee the operational structure, development, and strategic growth of both programs. In this newly structured role, she will coordinate administrative operations, program alignment, recruiting logistics, and long-term planning for CSN Soccer.

Roach was hired by CSN in the spring of 2020, bringing a strong blend of coaching, administrative, and educational experience. Her ties to Southern Nevada soccer run deep. From 2005 to 2014, she worked as a club conditioning coach for the Downtown Las Vegas Soccer Club while also coaching various age groups within Southern Nevada's Olympic Development Program (ODP). During that same span, she managed Big League Dream Sports Park, where she developed and organized competitive adult leagues throughout the region. She remains active in the local youth soccer community, coaching and developing players with LVSA Soccer Club.

A native of Dallas, Roach earned a graduate degree in Instruction and Curriculum from Texas A&M-Commerce (now East Texas A&M University), where she also taught elementary and middle school physical education. In 2019, she accepted a teaching and coaching position at Desert Pines High School before joining CSN Athletics.

As a student-athlete, Roach competed at the Division I level for Western Kentucky University, helping establish the foundation of the program. She earned multiple honors during her collegiate career and was later named to the Sun Belt 30-Year All-Conference Team.

Roach's transition into the Director of Soccer Operations role reflects CSN Athletics' continued commitment to strengthening its soccer infrastructure and fostering program-wide collaboration between the Coyotes' men's and women's teams.

She is the proud mother of her daughter, Maraya, who plays club soccer in Las Vegas.

Additional updates regarding CSN Soccer staffing and spring programming will be announced at a later date.
