After combining for fifteen total runs in the series opener, the top two teams in the SWAC settled into a pitcher's duel in game two.

CSN's Gabe Gonzalez and WNC's Chase Kaplan allowed just one earned run apiece, but neither would factor into the final decision as the bullpens would decide the second game of this battle for state supremacy.

The Coyotes entered the bottom of the ninth inning trailing 3-1, but clutch at bats by Johnson, Latham and Wiggins set the stage for a photo finish.

Jordan Hand worked a bases loaded walk to cut the WNC lead to 3-2, and the man of the hour Brody Westmoreland followed with his biggest hit in a Coyote uniform.

Brody smashed the first pitch of the at bat from reliever Josh Mill down the left field line for a walk-off 2 RBI double.

Lefty reliever Ben Cutting pitched 3.2 innings of stellar relief, striking out five and allowing just one earned run en route to his third victory of the season.

CSN defeated WNC 4-3 in the second game of this four game series.
