Shonda Badayos took the ball looking to earn her team leading third victory of the season and CSN over the .500 mark for the first time since opening day.

Badayos allowed a pair of runs in the top of the first, but settled in to record three straight scoreless frames and strike out 5 Roadrunners.

The Lady Coyotes entered the bottom of the third inning trailing 2-1, but erupted for thirteen runs on twelve hits to take a commanding 14-2 lead over College of the Desert.

Mackenzie McBride led the offensive onslaught with 4 RBI's while the dynamic duo of Kara Simpson and Chandie Perez combined to produce six hits, five runs and four RBI's.

Allie Lamb pitched the top of the fifth inning to secure the Lady Coyotes fifth victory of the season.

CSN pounded out 31 runs on 33 hits to complete the sweep of College of the Desert and improve its season record to 5-4.
