It took three weeks, but the Lady Coyotes finally made its way back to even.
Fresh off of a SWAC pitcher of the week award, sophomore Deja Rogers took the ball for CSN in game one of the doubleheader and continued to dominate.
Rogers pitched four shutout innings of 1 hit softball to win her second consecutive start.
The Lady Coyotes struck for five runs in the bottom of the first and never looked back.
Jinger Meuir and
Kara Simpson combined for seven hits, 6 RBI's and five runs to lead the Lady Coyotes offensive surge in game one.
CSN recorded a season high seventeen hits over just four innings of offense to defeat the Roadrunners 16-1, improving its season record to 4-4.
