After finishing the regular season 25-22 overall and 20-18 (3
rd place) in an extremely competitive Scenic West Athletic Conference, the Lady Coyotes set their sights on a Region XVIII crown in Taylorsville, Utah May 10-13. Despite a tough road ahead that potentially includes NJCAA second ranked SLCC and SWAC power CSI, this group of Lady Coyotes has the pieces in place to compete for a tournament title.
Offensively the team will need to score runs in bunches to have a chance versus some of the premier offenses in junior college softball and defensively they will need to value outs and protect the ball.
