Prescott, AZ  (August 30, 2019) – The College of Southern Nevada volleyball team was defeated in a pair of matches in a preseason tournament Friday.
 
Playing in a tournament hosted by Yavapai College, the Lady Coyotes were defeated 3-1 by Eastern Arizona College (20-25, 25-20, 25-20, 25-16) and fell 3-0 to host Yavapai in evening action (25-20, 26-24, 25-22). The losses drop Southern Nevada's record to 3-3 overall.
 
CSN will play two more matches on Saturday as they face New Mexico Junior College at 12:00 p.m. and South Mountain Community College at 6:00 p.m. Southern Nevada's next home match is scheduled for Friday, September 6 against Pima Community College.
