The Lady Coyotes traveled to Ephraim, Utah on the final weekend of the regular season to face a Badger team with revenge on the brain after being upset less than a month earlier, 3 sets to 1 in CSN Volleyballs first ever win over a nationally ranked team.
Snow College came into the match on a two match winning streak whereas the Lady Coyotes were looking to put an end to its four match losing streak. The opening set was ultra-competitive back and forth volleyball that saw the Badgers sneak out a (25-27) opening set victory over a wiley Lady Coyotes team.
Set two saw the Badgers control the pace of the play around the net to put the Lady Coyotes on the brink of its fifth straight match loss after dropping a tough second set (20-25).
The Lady Coyotes picked themselves up off of the mat to grab the third and fourth sets of the match (25-21, 25-18) to square the match up, forcing a winner take all fifth set.
The fatigue of fighting back to tie the match after being down 2-0 in the match was apparent in set five and a fresher Badger team was able to outlast the Lady Coyotes (5-15) in set five.
Snow College defeated CSN three sets to two (25-27, 20-25, 25-21, 25-18, 5-15).
